An ACNE MED helps to keep new acne blemishes from forming and this product is especially formulated for dry, acne prone skin. This formulation was specifically created for sensitive skin types in mind. Our Micro-Smooth Technology™ optimizes efficacy with a special combination of micronized benzoyl peroxide, an ultrafine form that applies smoothly and penetrates the pore more deeply and consistently than traditional forms. Star ingredients in this formulation with soothing bisabolol and hydrating Hyaluronic Acid (sodium hyaluronate) to help minimize irritation and dryness. Acne can be a problem that persists into adulthood, it’s not just a teenage problem. Don’t be afraid to try this product to curb and reduce breakouts in mature skin types!

BPO functions by decreasing inflammation and killing or preventing the growth of bacteria deep inside your skin. In contrast to antibiotics, BPO does not cause antibacterial resistance, thus highlighting the difference between BPO and the use of antibiotics for acne. BPO in this skincare product has a creamier texture than traditional formulations. Don’t forget to wash your hands after application and apply this cream avoiding the eye and lip area. Anytime there is dryness with use of BPO, it’s almost always due to using this product incorrectly. Consult us before trying it without getting directions for use. Increase hydration by pairing this formula in conjunction with Hydraremedy Gel Serum or Hydrabalance Gel! You can use either of those products before or after BPO. If you have stubborn dark spots, I suggest the GlowTone Corrective Serum! to reduce spots after acne has healed or from sun exposure.
