8% L-MANDELIC SERUM from Face Reality formulation is comprised of a potent 8% mandelic and 4% lactic acid serum. 8% L-MANDELIC SERUM helps to effectively minimize inflamed and non-inflamed acne. This blemish busting serum exfoliates the skin and has both antibacterial and antifungal properties, making it ideal for clients with acne or fungal folliculitis. 8% L-MANDELIC SERUM is an excellent alternative to hydroquinone for lightening hyperpigmentation also known as dark spots after acne heals or trauma to the skin. Mandelic acid makes a great exfoliant to target bumps on the cheeks and arms commonly known as keratosis pilaris.
