Preparing for Admission:

The following are required for admission to the Esthetician Program.

Aren’t you excited to get started?   Submit steps 1-2 today! Step 3 is due 30 Days before your anticipated start date! Step 4 can be submitted in person or in class!

1. Option One: Submit the Enrollment Application Online at the bottom of the page, which includes a short letter of intent about “Why do you want to be an Esthetician? and Submit a non-refundable application Fee of $10.00. Your application is not complete or processed, until you are prompted to Submit a non-refundable application Fee of $10. (If your application did not move to the Application Fee submission page, all the required questions have not been completed. You must go back and complete all the questions by clicking on the Online Application Form at the bottom.)
2. Option Two: You can download the Application Form and mail it in or drop it off with the $10 Application Fee. You may also Submit the $10 application Fee online here, and then mail or drop off the completed downloaded Application Form.
3. A Registration Fee of $500 will hold your space in the next class session.
4. An additional $500 Deposit is due 30 Days before anticipated Class Start date. 
5. On Orientation Day, be prepared to pay your remaining balance of tuition in full, or make a payment and then set up your Payment plan.
6. Before graduation day we will need a copy of:
   • Driver’s License or State ID Card*
   • Social Security Card*
   • High School Transcripts and Diploma with date of Graduation/HSED/GED*

Preparing for Hybrid Admission:

The following are required for admission to the Hybrid Esthetician Program. In this program you will have 229 Hours online. You can log into this portal from the comfort of your own home. We will set up a 4 hour Orientation day to get you set up and then you will complete the remaining Clinic Hours after the completion of the 229 Online Theory Hours. Once you complete the online portion you will join our Clinic hours. Traditional Clinic in person hours run Monday and Friday 9am-4pm and one Saturday per month from 8am-3pm! This is a 450 Hour program!

5. Set up the Orientation day with us. The Orientation day will be approximately 4 hours and this will go toward your in person clocked classroom hours. Once orientation day is completed, you will start your program online! At Orientation day we will complete your contract, and your anticipated graduation date. On Orientation Day, be prepared to pay your remaining balance of tuition in full or make a payment and then set up your Payment plan with TFC Financial.
6. Before graduation day we will need a copy of:
